Our collectible figures are designed for children aged 3 and up. Smaller parts can pose a choking hazard for younger children. The age recommendation on the packaging is binding. For toddlers, we recommend our special starter sets with larger elements.
Most figures are designed for indoor use. With prolonged outdoor use, colors may fade or materials may become brittle. For the garden or sandbox, there are weather-resistant variants, which you can recognize by the special marking on the packaging.
A damp cloth with mild soap is sufficient. Please do not use harsh cleaners or abrasives, as these can damage the surface. The figures are not dishwasher safe. After cleaning, simply let them air dry.
Yes, we provide a statutory warranty of two years on all our collectible figures. If a part has a defect despite careful manufacturing, please contact us with the proof of purchase. We will find a solution together.
Many of our figures are available as individual pieces or in limited series. Reordering is only possible as long as the item is in the current range. Simply check our online shop or ask at a specialist retailer. We provide information about new editions on the homepage.
We rely on recyclable materials. The packaging is mainly made of cardboard and paper. The plastic windows are also recyclable. We are continuously working to further reduce the proportion of single-use plastic. You can find the exact material information on the back of the packaging.
